BEEP Lab curates design briefs to approach design challenges around us. We refer to our environment to find exciting proposals that challenges teams to transform neglected parts of urban areas or cities into interactive landscapes that encourages community building and engagement. Our programmes encompass the themes in AR.C.HI.TEC.TURE to build responsible users and designers of our shared built, natural and cultural environment.

SHARING OUR DESIGN THINKING PROCESS

Participants will experience BEEP’s design thinking framework – DIG DEEP. The “DIG DEEP” Design Thinking Framework is a step-by-step process to aid in developing creative and innovative solutions to design briefs. Through this process, participants would be able to effectively understand the problem and succinctly provide their own innovative solution. This inculcates a sense of ‘See, Wonder, Do’ and teaches teams to ‘Build, Share, Learn’.

LEARNING OUTCOME

At the end of every programme, each participant will be certified as a BEEP Arkidtect who is equipped with an Arkidtect’s traits and skills.

As we aim to develop lifelong learners of our built, natural and cultural environments, we design our curriculum to include architectural traits and skills we hope our participants would take away with them at the end of the programme.
